Found buried in an ancient leather satchel/purse in Northern France. Discovered by a spanish ploughman 80 years ago close to the border between south of France and north of Spain on the road of Saint Jacques de Compostelle. The coins were inside a leather purse buried beneath a stone cross. During the Middle Ages it was common for pilgrims to hide money in different places to be able to return in case of thieves' attack. #H2378: $85 each
